Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan (right) cast his vote Sunday accompanied by his wife Emine Erdogan (centre) and their grandchildren. He said the 'yes' vote was a clear winner. Erdogan called Prime Minister Binali Yildirim and the leader of the nationalist MHP party, which supported the "Yes" vote, to congratulate them, presidential sources said. "No" votes won in Turkey's three largest cities of Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, and in the mainly Kurdish southeast, the data showed. Addressing a crowd outside the AKP's headquarters in Ankara, Yildirim said unofficial tallies showed the "Yes" camp ahead.
